Crossrail construction sends London rents soaring

Although Crossrail is four years from completion, London’s latest underground railway is causing a wave of excitement in the property market.

 

Crossrail will bring 1.5 million people to within 45 minutes of central London.

 

Bloomberg’s Caroline Hyde reported on how this $ 24bn (£15bn) line is changing the property landscape.
